We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX via our secure and encrypted Shopify online payment system.

Or you can pay via PAYPAL by selecting the Paypal link at checkout. Paypal purchases attract the bonus of free return shipping for eligible purchases via Paypal’s Refunded Returns.

All payments taken are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any international payment fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Sendy is committed to keeping your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.

We only use this information to identify your orders, send out Sendy’s exciting news (you can unsubscribe at any time) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.  

Sendy uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a wish list and purchase items in your shopping bag. We also use these cookies to help enhance the Sendy experience - they allow us to keep track of the way that you use our site. We don't treat the data collected as personal information or use it in association with other personal information.

Sendy ‘No Concern’ Returns  

We know that with online shopping, it can be tough to work out the correct size and style until you try it on. So, with Sendy ‘No Concern’ Returns, we’ve made it super easy to return or exchange your Sendy gear.

Please note, return shipping to Canada is at the buyers’ expense and we do not provide return shipping labels.

Sendy welcomes returns or exchanges if:

1. You return your Sendy gear within 30 days of the delivery date;
2. The item was not on sale.
3. You return it in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached;
4. You return the completed Returns/Exchange Form; and
5. You pay for the return postage and send it to:

US Customers:
To avoid any unforeseen duty and taxes charges, US customers returning items are recommended to follow these steps:

Description field
Ensure you use the ‘Cdn Goods Returned’ followed by a description of the items, such as Cdn Good Returned – Woman’s MTB Jersey

Nature of transaction field
Select the “Returned Goods” option which will be displayed on the package label, It’s very
important you do not select “Other,” “Sale of Goods,” or “Gift,”

HS Code field
Use HS Code 9813 or 9814, depending on the item being shipped

9813: For goods originating in Canada, that have been exported, the goods are returned without having been advanced in value or improved in condition or combined with any other article abroad.

9814: For goods which have once been released and accounted for under section 32 of the Customs Act and have been exported, the goods are returned without having been advanced in value or
improved in condition or combined with any other article abroad.

Important information: The Sendy Team will process returns/exchanges within 48hrs of receiving the delivery.

Faulty Gear?

While Sendy gear has quality construction that’s built for destruction, we know that sometimes things slip through the cracks. In this rare instance, please email - sendit@sendygear.comWe’ll either send out a post bag for your return or we’ll refund your postage when the package arrives. If available, we’ll replace the product, or provide you with a refund.
